### Solen Home Shipping Policy

At Solen Home, we are dedicated to delivering premium minimalist home and garden decor directly to your doorstep. Below you will find the details of our shipping operations.

#### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

#### 2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
* **United States:** We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders.
* **Delivery Time:** Once processed, standard shipping to the continental United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days. 

*Please note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can occasionally take longer due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.*

#### 3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on our website or directly via the carrier's portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@solenhome.com with your name and order number, and we will immediately resolve the status for you.

#### 4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases
Please note that we partner with various US-based fulfillment centers, and some domestic carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We highly recommend providing a physical residential or business address at checkout to prevent any potential shipping delays.
